Products

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can look different on different screens. Because items are 3D printed, small layer lines and minor variations in colour, finish or dimensions are normal and are not necessarily defects.

For custom or personalised orders, you are responsible for checking names, wording, measurements and other specifications supplied or approved by you. You must have permission to use any logo, artwork, trade mark or other material you ask us to reproduce.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout. Payment is taken using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if, for example, an item or material is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Dispatch and delivery

Our normal dispatch time is 5–7 working days. Delivery terms, charges and destination information are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Details are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Product safety

Products sold as toys are intended for ages 3 and over. Follow all product-specific warnings and supervise children where appropriate. Stop using an item if it becomes damaged, breaks or develops small loose parts.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for business losses where you buy as a consumer.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and will contact you where practical if your order is materially affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the United Kingdom where we are based. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.

Changes

The terms in force when your order is placed will apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders.
