Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your order. If you are a consumer buying online, you may cancel most orders within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to send the goods back.

To start a return, email us before sending anything. Include your name, order number, the item you wish to return and whether you are cancelling the order or reporting a fault.

Condition of returns

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please return it complete and, where practical, in its original packaging. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has reduced the item's value.

Return postage

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us first and we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as appropriate.

Refund timing and delivery charges

We will refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or within 14 days after you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method. When you cancel a whole order, we refund the basic outbound delivery charge; any extra cost paid for an enhanced delivery service is not refundable.

Custom and personalised products

Products made to your specification or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Faulty goods

Your statutory rights are not affected. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs.
