Shipping Policy
Orders are normally dispatched within 5–7 working days. This is the time before your parcel is handed to the carrier and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Shipping charges
- United Kingdom: standard shipping is £3.50; standard shipping is free when the order value is £100 or more.
- European Union and selected international destinations: standard international shipping is £12.50.
The destinations and final shipping charge available for your order are shown at checkout. We currently ship only to destinations offered there.
Delivery after dispatch
Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier. Carrier delays, customs checks and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. If a material delay occurs, contact us and we will help investigate.
International orders
International customers may be charged import VAT, customs duties or handling fees by their country or carrier. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Addresses and delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, or if a parcel appears delayed or damaged, contact us with your order number.
